About the Role

The HR Officer will provide support to the organisation in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume review, and initial interviews
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to GDPR guidelines
  • Coordinate training and development activities for staff members, promoting skills development and growth
  • Support employee relations, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations, with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
