This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and product knowledge to drive revenue growth. You'll play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and cultivating new business opportunities in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns.
  2. Assess potential clients' needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our products/services.
  3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions and benefits to potential clients.
  5. Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to potential clients, addressing their unique business challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can add value.
  6. Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process.
  7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  9. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Several years of experience in inside sales/business development roles, preferably in a related field.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  3. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy work environment.
  5. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
  7. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
