Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in supporting financial trading platforms and/or software.
  • Understanding of the complete trade processing lifecycle, encompassing both pre-trade and post-trade activities.
  • Interest in product development and engineering.
  • Strong enthusiasm for blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
  • A collaborative team player who can perform effectively under pressure.
  • Previous internships or relevant experience in a comparable role are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in weekend support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various asset classes is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SQL is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving their inquiries through live chat and email support.
  • Support clients with Profit & Loss, trades, positions, and risk reconciliation.
  • Participate in the coordination and implementation of OMS/EMS platforms.
  • Engage with clients and collaborate with third parties and partners to provide feedback on their offerings.
  • Contribute insights to product and engineering teams regarding technical challenges.
  • Gather customer requirements and communicate appropriate technical and non-technical solutions.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and nurture client relationships.
