Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all tenders and estimates are submitted in accordance with company policy and procedures. This role involves working closely with the estimating manager and other departments to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Tasks:

  • Review and analyze tender documents to determine pricing and scope of work
  • Prepare and submit quotations, including pricing schedules and tender queries
  • Collaborate with estimating manager and other departments to ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Attend meetings and reviews to discuss project progress and pricing

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
