Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard.
* Review project drawings and specifications to determine the overall cost.
* Obtain competitive and accurate quotations from mechanical specialists.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering options.
* Liaise with other members of the estimating team and project managers to understand project requirements.
* Carry out estimates using electronic packages.
* Develop working relationships with in-house and external design consultants, main contractors, and clients to establish communication paths.

Requirements:

* Experience on Trimble estimating software.
* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and social skills.
* Must be computer literate and competent.

Salary Package:

* Pension
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays (with additional holiday after 5 years)
* Monday to Friday am - 5.00pm
