Hourglass Staffing is currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Clinical Psychologist to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Clinical Psychologists.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to older adults.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group interventions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Clinical Psychologist (HCPC registered)
  • Experience working with older adults or a desire to develop skills in this area is highly desirable
