We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Weekend General Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food and snacks, maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and restaurant area, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and restaurant area
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations

Client Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
  • Be visible and approachable during service periods
  • Seek knowledge of food items and maintain a clean and fully stocked service area

People:

  • Treat colleagues with respect and professionalism
  • Cooperate with team members and undertake duties as requested

Health & Safety, Food Safety, The Environment:

  • Attend training courses as required
  • Rigorously follow unit cleaning schedules
