Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Weekend General Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Weekend General Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and restaurant areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Assist in the preparation of food and snacks, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy state of the kitchen and restaurant areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers, exceeding their expectations.
Client Service
  • Customer Focus: Ensure customers receive a prompt and efficient service, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Approachability and Communication: Be visible during service periods, approachable, and quick to respond to customer needs.
  • Knowledge and Service: Project a willing and helpful attitude, seeking knowledge of food items sold, and maintaining clean and fully stocked service counters.
People
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Treat team members with respect and professionalism, cooperating with all team members to ensure an efficient and effective service.
  • Duty Allocation: Undertake duties in the kitchen and service areas as requested, ensuring a seamless service delivery.
Health, Safety, Food Safety, and the Environment
  • Training and Compliance: Attend food safety, health, and safety, and environmental training courses as required, adhering to company policies.
  • Cleaning Schedules: Rigorously follow unit cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment.
