Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at S4 Personnel Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Completing business response forms and sending templated letters to clients and stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a business operations or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
