Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Completing business response forms and sending templated letters to clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a business operations or administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
