Operate a High-Turnover Community Pub with Marston's in Lancashire

The Gardeners Arms is a large community pub based in a thriving Lancashire town. The pub boasts a spacious drinking and dining area, split into zones, along with a pool and darts room and a large beer garden and patio. There is also a substantial car park to the side.
The Gardeners Arms is a popular site and is the hub of the community thanks to its daily food offers, Sky Sports, pub teams, and regular entertainment.
The pub is currently generating approximately £19,000 per week, however, there is huge potential for the next operator to drive the wet and food sales and increase the weekly takings.
We are looking for an experienced operator with a proven track record of running a high-turnover community site. Experience of delivering a quality live sports offering as well as providing a great entertainment programme through regular pub events, music, and charity events is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective management of the pub's operations
- Develop and implement a quality live sports offering
- Provide a great entertainment programme through regular pub events
- Manage the pub's social media presence to drive business forward
