About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Refresco. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP BI tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW).
  • Perform data analysis to drive business decisions by identifying trends and insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP BI solutions, including data models, queries, and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
  • Integrate data from various sources and maintain ETL processes for comprehensive reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Background in SAP BusinessObjects and SAP BW.
  • SAP BI certification or relevant training.
