**Accountability Recruitment** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Part-time Bookkeeper** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process banking transactions and reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll duties and associated administration.
  • Prepare and submit CIS returns.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:
  • Previous bookkeeping experience is essential.
  • Experience with CIS returns is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work circa 20-25 hours per week.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
