Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver international accounting projects with operations in different countries using shared service centres.
- Lead and manage a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams within a project management framework.
- Develop and manage staff, including coordinating staff projects, mentoring, counselling, appraising, and recruiting.
- Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with internal control frameworks operated by large international businesses.
