Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new opportunities and driving pipeline growth through outbound efforts. You will work closely with our enterprise sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct research and collect insights to create warm introductions to potential customers
  • Outbound prospecting through various channels, including field marketing events and social networks
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads
  • Suggest sales and marketing initiatives to drive pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create qualified opportunities
  • Effectively articulate the value of our Nexthink solution to technical and non-technical buyers
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and native-level German speaker
  • University degree in a business subject or relevant experience in business development
  • Fast learner with a passion for growth and improvement
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident and outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding targets
