Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Kingston Barnes Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing diesel generators in the Eastleigh area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair diesel generators to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot generator issues, using your mechanical and electrical engineering skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Possess a relevant qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Have good fault-finding abilities and strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a Field Service environment is advantageous.
  • Hold a full driving license with towing categories.
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Hold an ECS/CSCS card, if preferred.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary, up to £37,150, plus benefits, including 23 days' annual leave, 8 bank holidays, company pension, private medical insurance, and a well-being program.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Overtime Available:

Estimated up to £27,000 + salary (voluntary).
