Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting the Artist's Career: Develop and implement strategies to promote the artist's career and manage all business affairs.
- International Tour Planning: Plan and coordinate international tours, ensuring seamless execution and maximum exposure.
- Supporting the Creative Process: Provide guidance and support to the artist during the creative process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Fan Base Development: Strategize and implement plans to build and maintain a strong international fan base.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate campaigns around each release, including music formats, merchandise, touring, and other promotional activities.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the management of social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with wider campaign teams, including publicists, booking agents, business managers, labels, tour managers, digital strategists, musicians, and crew.
- Daily Artist Support: Provide daily support to the artist, including in-person meetings, phone calls, video calls, and email correspondence.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and manage all promotional activities, including interviews, photo shoots, and events.
- Review and Approval: Review and approve biographies, artwork, and press releases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Financial Management: Work closely with the accounts team to manage invoices, payments, and other third-party income.
- Travel Arrangements: Secure visas, passports, and required travel documents for the artist and crew.
- Sync Opportunities: Review and pursue sync opportunities as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in artist management, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of releases and running high-level campaigns, with a strong understanding of the music industry.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Abilities: Ability to remain calm under pressure and during busy periods, with a high degree of computer literacy.
