About the Role:

As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of activity leaders and ensuring the smooth operation of our day camps.

You will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support, and direction. You must have a strong background in childcare and team management, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has a high level of safeguarding awareness, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.
