As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our brands, championing our product portfolio, and developing strategic marketing plans to maximize revenue and improve brand loyalty.
Main Responsibilities- Brand Leadership: Drive our brands, championing the product portfolio within the business and with our customers and consumers.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans across the brand portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of new product opportunity and quantify commercial benefits.
- Product Development: Develop product concepts, gauge trade and consumer response, and manage products through the business to bring them to market on time and profitably.
- Consumer Communication: Manage and deliver all consumer communication across the brands, overseeing relevant customer marketing communications to improve brand awareness.
- Commercial Analysis: Monitor, review, and report on all sales and marketing commercial activity and results to the sales team, analyzing customer research, consumer insight, current market conditions, and competitor information to inform the strategic direction of the brands.
- Brand Management Experience: 4-5 years of experience in brand management or product marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Marketing Skills: Proven skills in brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, customer insights, marketing program development, project planning, and commercial awareness.
- Commercial Awareness: Experience in developing marketing materials, including packaging, literature, advertising, promotions, and POS.
- Leadership Skills: Evidence of growing brands, identifying growth opportunities, and gaining alignment to execute against a strategic growth plan.
