About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Clinical Lead - Complex Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and coordination of complex care services for veterans accessing our Op RESTORE service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the multi-disciplinary team providing welfare support to veterans.
  • Develop and implement advanced clinical skills in practice, providing support and advice on service development and care delivery.
  • Coordinate complex care services across Op RESTORE, ensuring effective communication and networking with other disciplines and professional boundaries.
  • Develop key partnerships with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective whole system working.
  • Work alongside Op RESTORE clinicians to deliver clinical care plans for veterans accessing the service.

Requirements
  • Master's level education or postgraduate advanced clinical/professional qualification.
  • Accredited leadership qualification or advanced leadership and management skills.
  • First-level degree or equivalent professional experience supplemented by postgraduate specialist training to master level.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Member of a specialist interest group/network.
  • Detailed understanding of current Mental Health legislation.
  • Working knowledge of required IT systems.
