Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new clients and business while striving to meet professional objectives in a results-driven environment.
  • Guiding clients through the complete mortgage service, including offering advice on a variety of products and services tailored to meet their needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster lasting relationships.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Full CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification.
  • Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
