We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our busy gastro pub style venue in Richmond.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving standards of food and drinks service forward, taking full P&L responsibility, and developing a high-performing and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the venue and drive sales
  • Manage the venue's budget and financial performance, including forecasting and reporting
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a gastro pub style venue
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
