Head of Finance

Fed Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead its finance function. As a key member of the Management Team, you will play a vital role in shaping financial operations and influencing strategic decisions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the finance team, overseeing payroll processes, and providing essential financial support to budget managers. You will interact with key stakeholders, offering financial insights to senior managers, and contribute to the strategic development of the College's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance team.
  • Oversee payroll operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in finance leadership, preferably within the education sector. You should be an ambitious and self-motivated leader, capable of driving the development of the College's finance function. Key attributes include:

  • Expertise in managing financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
