Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Firstbus. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that our fleet is maintained to the highest standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of our vehicles.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control workshop costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an Engineering field.
  • Have previous experience as a Supervisor in an automotive/HGV workshop.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
