Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Supervisor to join our team at our South West office in Keynesham, Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workshop to meet business requirements, ensuring timely delivery and installation of equipment, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the workshop to meet business objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Manage the maintenance and repair of photocopier and printer equipment, ensuring prompt and professional delivery and installation.
- Oversee the preparation and refurbishment of equipment, adhering to company procedures and quality guidelines.
- Manage the company's stock of new and refurbished equipment, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and effective workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the office equipment industry, preferably with a background in photocopier/printer repair.
- Manufacturer training on Ricoh, Canon, and Kyocera equipment is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- High-level technical understanding and health and safety knowledge in a workshop environment.
