Job Title: Supervisor

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, ensuring we consistently meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
