As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food experiences. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and comfortable dining environment.

Our dining rooms operate with a preorder system, ensuring that our guests receive a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for supervising the quality of service, communicating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring that our guests are informed of the day's specials.

We are a fast-growing family-run holiday operator with 12 stunning hotels across the UK and a fleet of luxury coaches. We pride ourselves on providing the best value for money holidays in the market and have won numerous awards for customer service excellence.

As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for working with the general public, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Supervise the quality of service and maintain a clean and comfortable dining environment
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff and inform guests of the day's specials
  • Ensure that waiting staff are complying with restaurant procedures
