Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment Advisor. This is a hybrid role based in our Birmingham office, requiring 2-3 days of on-site work per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all leads through the student recruitment funnel, from initial inquiry to enrollment, with a focus on meeting and exceeding business targets.
- Provide accurate course information to prospective students through exceptional verbal and written communication, including explaining fee payments and support funding.
- Follow up with leads to meet enrollment conversion targets and ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Support and manage applicants during the online admissions process, ensuring accurate assessment of eligibility and completion of supporting documentation.
- Maintain students' records in Salesforce CRM, reflecting engagement history and sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports to reflect sales performance and lead/opportunity pipeline status.
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to promote opportunities and evaluate the success of promotional activities.
- Promote and foster good links with university partners, agencies, and other referral sources to increase applications.
- Coordinate and lead activities forming part of the admissions process, such as recruitment events and course demos.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment with demonstrated achievement of sales KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse people.
- Motivated and passionate about sales, with a keen interest in the benefits of higher education.
- Strong commitment to personal excellence, self-discipline, and resourcefulness, with excellent attention to detail.
- Competitive with a team focus and resilient nature.
