Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to enhance our Affiliates & Partnerships division. This pivotal role focuses on one of Wise's primary user acquisition strategies within the Performance Marketing sector. Our mission is to empower partners to promote Wise through mutually beneficial agreements.
In this role, you will spearhead our influencer marketing initiatives, expanding our reach into new, high-potential markets. Your responsibilities will encompass managing diverse campaigns, from travel influencers in Australia to financial literacy initiatives in the United States, as well as ambassador programs for significant events.
You will collaborate closely with various internal marketing teams worldwide, leveraging influencer marketing to support PR campaigns, organic social media efforts, and paid advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Engagement & Campaign Development: Lead the end-to-end process of regional influencer campaigns, including strategy formulation, influencer sourcing, rate negotiations, contract management, and performance reporting. Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and evaluate additional influencer channels for growth. Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with Wise's regional objectives and target demographics. Campaign Strategy and Implementation: Design and execute influencer marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and growth. Work alongside other marketing teams to produce engaging content with broader applications. Regional Oversight: Supervise regional influencer marketing activities to ensure they align with the overarching global strategy. Coordinate regional influencer roles to maximize local impact. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Deliver regular reports and analyses on campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) at the regional level, using insights to refine future strategies. Operational Management: Oversee the operational aspects of influencer agreements, including payment processing, compliance, tool management, and forecasting.Candidate Profile
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven ability to develop and scale influencer programs that drive customer growth. Experience collaborating with or within influencer management agencies. Proficiency in establishing various types and sizes of commercial agreements. Experience in monetizing social media followings. A creative and enthusiastic team player with a passion for content. Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying performance trends and opportunities, with examples of measurement across influencer campaigns. Experience mentoring junior team members and managing project scalability. Ability to influence and collaborate across functions is essential.Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing influencers or talent within the financial technology sector. Background in affiliate marketing. Proficiency in multiple languages.Additional Information
