Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing compensation policies across EMEA and beyond, reporting into the Director of Total Rewards in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation policies and programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation frameworks.

• Conduct job audits to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect job responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements.

• Analyze competitive salary information to determine our company's competitive position through compensation surveys.

• Review proposed salary adjustments to ensure conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices.

• Support annual compensation planning, including analysis of costs and recommendations on budget requirements.

• Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignments.

• Stay up-to-date on statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate courses of action.

• Prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of compensation trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to process large volumes of data.

• Practical knowledge of career architecture and job evaluation principles.

• Demonstrable experience supporting annual merit cycles.

• Workday experience is a plus.
