We are seeking an experienced Reward Director to lead our share plans and executive compensation initiatives for a 12-month period. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reward management, share schemes, and executive compensation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement share plans and executive compensation strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate the administration of share plans, including drafting and reviewing plan rules, managing approvals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with Group Finance to reconcile outstanding award registers and support share-based payment accounting charges.
  • Provide expert advice on share schemes, executive compensation, and reward management to senior leaders and the Remuneration Committee.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external providers, including share plan administrators, EBT trustees, and remuneration advisors.
  • Support the Group Director, Reward & Recognition, in the development of global reward strategies and the implementation of reward initiatives.
  • Lead the annual pay review, STI, and LTI processes for global executives and senior leaders.
  • Manage data collation for senior executive salary survey submissions and provide insights to inform reward decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in reward management, share schemes, and executive compensation, preferably in a large, complex multinational organization or a major remuneration consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice reward practices and policies, with a focus on share schemes and executive compensation.
  • Relevant share schemes experience in a UK listed PLC with global schemes, and good knowledge of statute, corporate governance, and emerging trends in respect of share schemes.
  • Recognized HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) and/or Fully qualified Chartered Secretary and/or hold the ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans (or similar).
