Key Responsibilities

  • Provide unwavering support to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning that prioritizes high-quality, safe patient care.
  • Partner with Orthopaedic specialists to ensure seamless teamwork and achieve shared goals across the Elective Orthopaedic service.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and exceptional organizational skills to navigate diverse demands effectively.
  • Embrace a proactive and motivated approach to enhancing our services continuously.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with peers, both junior and senior colleagues.
  • Be eager to learn a variety of theatre skills and actively engage in departmental link roles.
