Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Engage with the Project Management team to confirm design plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee construction plans, ensuring effective time management and budget control.
  • Procure necessary building materials and equipment for projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project teams and liaise with clients on behalf of the company.
  • Provide regular project updates and forecasts to clients via phone, email, or meetings.
Requirements:
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications and experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager for a Tier One M&E contractor or Mechanical Project Manager with project experience exceeding £5 million M&E.
  • Proven experience managing prestigious end-user clients and delivering projects from inception to completion.
  • Tier One project experience in commercial office, hotel/leisure, residential, or data centre markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with current employer.
