We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Development and Learning Specialist to join our team at NHS Scotland. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for three years, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to support the growing needs of our organisation and develop our services specifically around staff wellbeing.

This role is part of a wider team including Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Wellbeing, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. We are a hybrid team, with the ability to work from home and office, although there may be a requirement to be on-site on occasion.
