Position OverviewWe are excited to present an opportunity for an Administrative Support Executive within a financial services firm. This role will be based in a modern office environment, offering the flexibility of remote work for part of the week.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a professional demeanor, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Coordinate the booking and preparation of meeting spaces as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas, collaborating with building management.
- Organize catering for meetings and internal events.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
- Manage the email inbox for the office.
- Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with onboarding processes and regulatory checks.
- Coordinate with IT for the return of equipment.
- Support various administrative tasks as required.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess:
- Prior experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
- A minimum of GCSE qualifications at grade C/4, ideally including Mathematics and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
- Experience in maintaining and following established systems and procedures.
