Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities for all of our retail partners in the UK/EU and North America. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and sales of REFY products within our key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with key retail partners, including Sephora US, Sephora Canada, Sephora UK, Selfridges UK, and Brown Thomas IRE.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies that align with both REFY's brand objectives and the specific goals of each retail partner.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach that integrates retailer marketing into broader brand plans.
  • Design and Execute Marketing Campaigns and in-store activations that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and increase sales within retail channels.
  • Manage Trade Marketing Budgets for all markets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Negotiate and Secure Additional Marketing Support and opportunities with retail partners to amplify REFY's presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand management within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven Track Record of successfully managing relationships with major retail partners, particularly in the beauty sector.
  • Strong Understanding of the US and UK retail landscapes, with experience working with Sephora and/or Selfridges preferred.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
