About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Kenton Black Finance. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payrolls, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payrolls for multiple clients using Brightpay/Sage software
  • Set up new client payrolls, including PAYE and RTI submissions
  • Manage auto-enrolment and pension schemes
  • Assist with BACS transmissions and CIS/FPS/EPS submissions
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a bureau, umbrella, or accountancy environment
  • Full end-to-end payroll processing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
