Position Summary: We are currently in search of a Cost Estimation Specialist to enhance our team. This role will be based in Wakefield and will involve engaging in a variety of significant projects, such as:

  • Bridge expansion joints
  • Bridge deck waterproofing
  • Bridge bearings
  • Concrete restoration

Key Responsibilities:
The Cost Estimation Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial department, contributing significantly to the organization's efforts in acquiring new contracts. The responsibilities include:

  • Conducting material take-offs and preparing cost analyses for clients and management.
  • Providing monthly job costing forecasts and detailed analyses.
  • Assisting with monthly applications and final account settlements.
  • Maintaining a professional and effective communication style with all stakeholders.
