Estimator/Senior Estimator

4Site Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Estimator/Senior Estimator to join a dynamic and fast-paced Tier 1 fit-out contractor. The company specializes in high-quality fit-out projects ranging from £2 million to £30 million.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed estimates for fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the bidding team to compile high-quality bid submissions.
- Engage with clients and manage client relationships throughout the tender process.
- Analyse tender documents, specifications and drawings to provide accurate pricing.
- Identify and evaluate risk factors, ensuring all potential risks are priced accordingly.
- Assist in value engineering efforts and explore cost-saving options without compromising quality.
- Maintain strong communication with subcontractors.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 (Based on experience)
