About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our local community by raising awareness of dementia and the support services offered by Alzheimer's Society. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that people affected by dementia have access to accurate and up-to-date information.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting local events and information stands to promote awareness of dementia and our services
  • Displaying leaflets in high-visibility locations, such as libraries and GP surgeries, to ensure that information is accessible to all
  • Establishing connections with local organisations and community groups to amplify our message and reach a wider audience
  • Representing Alzheimer's Society in a professional and positive manner, promoting our values and mission
