Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee onsite quality through comprehensive inspections and assessments to guarantee adherence to client specifications, industry standards, and technical drawings.
  • Execute quality control measures from initial design through to final inspection, including Quality Inspection Test Plans (QITPs) and product evaluations based on both internal and external criteria.
  • Conduct Production Part Approval Processes and First Article Inspections to validate product quality.
  • Identify and resolve issues using established methodologies such as the 5 Whys and 8D problem-solving techniques.
  • Document Non-Conformances (NC) and ensure thorough investigations are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage customer relationships by fostering a collaborative approach to problem resolution.
  • Prepare various quality documentation as required for client audits and internal assessments.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and logs to monitor quality trends effectively.
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop action plans based on audit findings to enhance quality processes.
  • Prepare for and facilitate external technical audits as necessary.
  • Regularly review and update policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist in delivering Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) training and development programs for team members.
  • Ensure that all projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support the quality assurance function.
