Architectural Technologist Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and designs using Revit, working across RIBA stages with a focus on the technical stages (3-5), and liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control.

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification, such as HND/HNC/BSc, and a background working on a range of sectors, ideally Education, Science Research, or Commercial. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience in technical design and detailing skills is required. A minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience is preferred, and project lead experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing high-quality drawings and designs using Revit
  • Working across RIBA stages with a focus on the technical stages (3-5)
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control
  • Carrying out site visits
  • Familiar with Technical Building Design and Building Regulations to prepare packages and make submissions
