Treasury International Capital Management Specialist

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Finance team as a Treasury International Capital Management Specialist. This role will play a critical part in the management of Citi's capital in non-US entities, working closely with Treasury, Finance, and Tax teams to drive capital efficiency and planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate capital injection requests and approval processes across local entities with NY-based Treasury teams, including parent and broker-dealer Treasury.
- Analyze, document, track, and reduce constraints to dividend repatriation.
- Develop a mechanism for reducing time to inject capital into Bank Chain entities or other mechanisms to provide more immediate relief where required.
- Identify entities targeted to realign capital stacks to include Additional Tier 1 (AT1) and Tier 2 (T2) instruments.
- Assist in the review and refinement of the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) approach for legal entity capital.
- Detailed understanding of bank regulatory capital regimes, both in the US and internationally.
- Detailed understanding of features and dynamics of various capital instruments.
- Detailed understanding and experience of Treasury funding processes and principles.
- Detailed understanding of bank risk and return dynamics.
- Familiarity with international banking operating structure.
- Experience in Capital Markets Structuring and Funds Transfer Pricing would be beneficial.
