Implement a strategic management approach for high-value accounts, conducting regular performance assessments and developing relationship strategies to broaden the Scope of Work (SoW) and improve client satisfaction. Aim to exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis for established accounts. Address client inquiries, quotes, and orders promptly, maintaining a customer-centric approach. Collaborate with operational teams to meet delivery timelines and uphold On-Time In Full (OTIF) standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of CloudNC's product offerings and systems. Effectively manage client expectations while working internally to seize business opportunities. Leverage data analytics for strategic commercial decisions and ongoing client growth initiatives. Assist clients with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) by utilizing CloudNC's expertise. Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is consistently updated to support effective communication and fulfillment of client needs across teams.Performance Metrics
