Job Title: Client Development Manager
About the Role:
As a Client Development Manager at Birketts, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our client relationships and drive revenue growth. This is a key role in our Client Development Team, working closely with Enterprise Client Partners and Client Relationship Teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contribute to the development of client plans, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and developing strategies to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with our research agencies to deliver client feedback initiatives and bespoke client feedback projects, analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage client budgets, ensuring return on investment and driving business growth.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve client relationship management skills, ensuring our teams have the tools and expertise needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client development, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving business growth and improving client satisfaction.
