Lead Veterinary Expert - Dual Practice Site - Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced veterinary surgeon to lead our dual practice site as a Head Vet. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week on a rota basis across both sites.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage the clinical teams at both practice sites to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the Joint Practice Director and regional leadership team to drive business objectives and achieve company goals.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the veterinary teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referring practices, and other stakeholders to promote the practice and drive business growth.
