Production Planning Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Planning Supervisor to join our team at KHR Recruitment Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule in SAP, coordinating meetings with relevant parties, and ensuring accurate short-term and long-term plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production scheduling strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate production planning and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement KPIs and data analysis tools.
- Manage the Production Planning team and ensure they work according to existing policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain lean systems and implement practices in line with efficiency objectives.
- Coordinate and plan annual inventory count.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and logistics planning. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of SAP (MM & PP) and excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Proven people management experience and a positive, innovative approach are essential for this role.
