Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Aspire Jobs. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts: Reconciliation, managing customer portals, and integration.
- Review and set credit limits: Review new and existing accounts for creditworthiness, setting and suggesting appropriate terms and credit limits.
- Collect customer accounts: Effectively review, manage, and collect customer accounts prioritizing to maximize cash flow while minimizing risk of exposure.
- Resolve queries: Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly and efficiently.
- Produce reports: Produce and distribute customer overdue/reminder letters.
- Manage relationships: Build effective relationships and rapport with customers and internal contacts.
- Provide exceptional service: Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Credit control experience: 2+ years of experience in credit control or a related field.
- Customer service experience: Excellent customer service skills and experience working with customers.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and analyze data.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
- Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
