Position Overview

Property Sales Consultant – Premier Housebuilder

Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000

Location: Southam, Warwickshire

Are you an experienced sales negotiator in the new homes sector seeking an opportunity to market Shared Ownership properties within a vibrant development? Our client, a distinguished developer, is in search of a Property Sales Consultant to effectively promote their Shared Ownership offerings on-site. This is a permanent position, and you will be stationed at a dynamic sales and marketing suite.

This organization is ideal for individuals who desire to thrive in a supportive yet high-performance atmosphere. The developer boasts a robust pipeline of projects in the vicinity, ensuring stability in your role.

Compensation includes a base salary of up to £32,000, with a realistic uncapped OTE of £47,000 and mileage reimbursement. Flexibility to work weekends is required, with Tuesday and Wednesday designated as your days off, and you will have one weekend off every four weeks.

To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience in new homes sales, a strong sales drive, and the self-motivation necessary to convert leads into successful transactions.

Utilizing your background as a Sales Negotiator, you will guide customers from initial inquiry through to exchange and completion, ensuring a 5-star customer experience throughout the process. You will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and engaging customers on-site
  • Collecting customer information and assessing their needs
  • Managing incoming sales inquiries
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Advising clients on the sales process and advancing sales
  • Maintaining the presentation of the sales suite

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in new homes sales within the housebuilding sector
  • Access to personal transportation and a valid UK driving license
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service orientation and sales focus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Availability to work weekends.
