We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team at Leonard Cheshire in Romsey. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
What We Offer:
As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities. You will receive further training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and grow in your role.
Shift Pattern:
The shift pattern includes every other weekend, with a night enhancement of £1.50 per hour from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Sunday. A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour is paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
