About the Role
We are in search of a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join a reputable team specializing in fire safety solutions, including fire sprinkler systems, electrical assessments, specialized access services, and water management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage both technical and financial elements of contracts, from initial changes to final evaluations.
  • Conduct site evaluations, lead safety briefings, and oversee material procurement.
  • Represent the company professionally at site and contract discussions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Develop Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
  • Coordinate with clients, third parties, and management to ensure resource availability.
  • Communicate project requirements and processes to clients and site teams.
  • Perform monthly financial reviews to monitor project progress and expenditures.
  • Proactively address project challenges with senior management.
  • Identify and propose alternative solutions to resolve issues.
Qualifications for Success
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and working at heights, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. A dedication to quality and a proactive attitude towards challenges are crucial for success in this position. Additionally, we seek individuals who possess:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, CAD, Visio, Prince2, databases, and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with BSEN 12845, BS9251:2014, and BS9990:2015 standards.
  • Experience in Wet and Dry Riser engineering.
  • Preferred LPC certifications (basic/intermediate or Full Hydraulic Calculation).
  • Demonstrated project management experience in fire sprinkler installations.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent IT capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
